Low-Cost CANopen Output Type Tilt Sensor
Introduction
ER-TS-5275CA CAN output two-axis tilt meter is a new generation of high-performance, small-sized, high-precision inclination sensor that can be maintained in complex movements. The dynamic measurement accuracy is 0.3°, the stability accuracy is 0.05°, and the temperature drift is 0.01°/℃. The output mode is CAN bus, which is easy to integrate into the user control system.
The product has a built-in MCU control system, vertical gyroscope and accelerometer, adopts the optimal digital filter algorithm to reduce noise, and cooperates with the N-order Kalman filter algorithm. Through nonlinear compensation, quadrature compensation, temperature drift and other compensation, error sources can be eliminated and improved measurement accuracy. It can accurately output objects in strong vibration and motion environment posture angle.
