Compared with traditional downhole measurement tools (DTG, RLG, FOG), ER-Gyro-15 provides innovative solutions for complex drilling environments with its unique advantages of miniaturization, high precision, low power consumption and strong impact resistance.
ER-Gyro-15 has the function of self-seeking north, which can realize high-precision measurement while drilling and continuous measurement. It can continuously measure the change of well inclination, tool face angle and azimuth in real time. The algorithm solves the well trajectory in real time.
Precise measurement ensures the accuracy of operations
High-precision pointing: North-seeking accuracy can reach 0.25°secψ (1σ), gyro tool face angle accuracy is 1°secL (L is latitude), and well inclination alignment accuracy is 0.1° (1σ).
Fast self-alignment: 30s fast alignment, azimuth accuracy can reach 1°; 90s precise alignment, azimuth accuracy can reach 0.5°. Reduce manual intervention and adapt to complex downhole environments.
Wide measurement range: The azimuth and gyro tool face angle measurement range covers 0~360°, the well inclination measurement range is -180~180°, and the tilt angle measurement range is 0~90°, which is suitable for a variety of operating scenarios.
Compact design, subverting traditional size
Special design: It adopts a cylindrical design with a diameter of only 30mm and a length of 120mm, ≤150g, subverting the size of traditional gyro tools, extremely small, suitable for various narrow underground spaces.
Near-bit installation: It is easy to adapt to various downhole tools, can be directly embedded in the drilling rig probe and installed near the drill bit. Whether in horizontal wells, large displacement wells or complex structure wells, it can work stably.
