Independent Display Bridge CPU
Introduction
ER-CPU-72A is the second generation Ericco No. 3 series processor with independent display bridge for server and personal computer fields. ER-CPU-72A optimization and upgrade based on the first generation bridge piece ER-CPU-71A. First, a self-developed GPU is integrated on the chip for the first time, using a unified rendering architecture, paired with 32-bit DDR4 video memory interface, and supports up to 16GB video memory capacity; Second, PCIE, USB, and SATA are all upgraded to 3.0. The display interface has been upgraded to 2ed-channel HDMI and 1st-channel VGA for direct display connection. In addition, a network PHY is built in directly provides network port output, reduces board cost and eliminates the dependence on foreign network PHY chips, further improving the degree of autonomy.
