Different from the shortcomings of traditional magnetic compasses that are susceptible to interference from underground metal ore bodies and electromagnetic equipment, the north seeker uses inertial measurement technology and uses a full temperature range compensation algorithm to eliminate the influence of temperature drift. ER-MNS-04: Extreme size, supports OEM customization

The size of the shell is only 40×40×42mm, the weight is 80g, and the inner body is reduced to 27×26×3mm (40g). It has strong OEM compatibility and supports customized integration. It does not need to rely on specific interfaces (such as 15-pin plugs), reducing the cost of transformation.

The heading accuracy is as high as 0.25°secψ (1σ), and the attitude accuracy is ≤0.2°, which meets the stringent requirements of drilling orientation, equipment positioning and other scenarios. In deep wells or tunnels without GPS signals, it provides heading and attitude information for unmanned mining vehicles or inspection robots to ensure their accurate movement in complex paths.

ER-MNS-06: Miniaturized design, easy to integrate

The size is only 38.6×44.8×25.5mm and the weight is 70g. The heading accuracy can reach 0.25°secψ (1σ), the 5-minute fast north-seeking capability and 100Hz data update rate significantly improve the real-time performance of dynamic operations. Supports attitude calibration of tunneling machines and coal mining machines.

Provides RS-422 communication interface and 3.3V power supply, which is convenient for seamless connection with mining control systems or automation platforms.

ER-MNS-09: Heterosexual housing, drilled for adaptation

The size is only 120mm × Φ30mm and the weight is ≤150g. It is one of the smallest diameter MEMS north seekers on the market. The cylindrical design is easy to integrate into the drill pipe and downhole drilling equipment, and adapts to the narrow space of the mine.

30 seconds fast alignment (accuracy 1°) and 90 seconds precise alignment (accuracy 0.5°) significantly shorten the operation preparation time and improve drilling efficiency.

The azimuth measurement range is 0°~360° and the inclination range is -85°~85°, providing precise trajectory control for drilling under complex geological conditions. 5~125℃ full temperature calibration compensation, anti-strong magnetic and metal interference.

Precise orientation of tunnels: In tunnel boring machines, azimuth pointing is used to reduce tunnel penetration errors and construction risks and costs;
