    Introduction
    The ER-VFC-30 voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) is mainly used for the conversion and information processing of the analog current signal output by the three-way accelerometer. The three-way accelerometer signals should be independent of each other without cross-coupling.

    Circuit operating environment
    1) Working temperature: 5℃~55℃;
    2) Storage temperature: -40℃~+60℃;
    3) Relative humidity: not higher than 98%.

    External supply circuit working power
    Circuit working power supply:
    Voltage: ± (15±0.5)V and voltage: ± (5±0.2)V
    Current: positive and negative currents are not greater than 100mA;

    Technical parameter
    1.Measuring range of three-way accelerometer: -15g~+15g, the current equivalent is 0.8mA~1.2mA;
    2.Three-way accelerometer AD conversion circuit technical specifications;
    2.1Circuit linearity, symmetry, bias stability, bias repeatability, scale factor stability and repeatability are not greater than 1×10-4 (1σ).
    2.2The scale factor is not less than 5000Pulse/s'g, The temperature coefficient is not greater than 50ppm/℃.
    3.The weight of the circuit board is not more than 100g.
    4.Circuit dimensions (printed board socket size) should not be greater than 56×69; Board thickness should not be greater than 2.5. The overall height of the entire circuit board is not more than 8; Board mounting size 49×62; Mounting holes are 4-Φ3.

    Environmental adaptability
    The circuit board should be able to withstand the following two mechanical environmental conditions can be carried out with the whole machine, but the board design needs to consider this environment.
    1) Simulated transport vibration conditions: 2Hz~200Hz, 1.5Grms, vibration time is 60min;
    2) Half sine impact condition: 8ms~11ms, 30g.

    Reliability
    The average trouble-free time of the circuit should not be less than 10000h.
